Have to share the funny conversation I had this morning with my son after a comment I had that chips don't come from plants. Think I need to work with him more to learn where food comes from but as we grow alot of our own and sees me prepare the food I don't understand how he doesn't know. Me: Oscar where do chips come from? Oscar: hmmmm trees. Me :O no, where do they come from? Oscar: from animals? Me :O :O no Oscar. They come from potatoes. Where do potatoes come from? Oscar: From trees :) Me: Where do we get our potatoes from? Oscar: hmmmm a bush in the ground Why oh why did he decide they come from trees in the first place when we dug some up the other week and saw me making chips from potatoes last night :O 😂 🤣 Now for todays meal plan Breakfast for the boys Cereal from anti food waste store 10p Lunch Chicken soup Recipe makes 6 portions Chicken carcass- waste product so free, 1 onion from garden free garlic from garden so free
